648.10 SELLING OR LOITERING ON RAILROADS, BUSES OR AT DEPOTS.
   (a)   No person shall enter the cars of any railroad or the buses of any bus company at any depot in the City, for the purpose of selling, bartering or disposing of any goods, wares or merchandise, nor shall any person loiter or loaf on or about the premises of any such company after having been requested by an officer thereof or a police officer to depart therefrom.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
