(a) No person shall engage in any game or other play or sport on any street or public place within the City or on any enclosed or unenclosed lot or premises without the consent of the owner thereof.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
