618.17 KEEPING PIGS.

(a) No person shall keep or permit to be kept any pigs or swine of any kind on any premises, lot or parcel of land of less than two acres or within 600 yards of any dwelling within the corporate limits.

(1969 Code Sec. 90.51)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
