(a) (1) The City hereby enacts a permissive motor vehicle license tax in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) as permitted by Ohio R.C. 4504.17, to take effect on January 1, 2006.
(2) The City hereby enacts a second permissive motor vehicle license tax in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) as permitted by Ohio R.C. 4504.171, to take effect on January 1, 2009.
(3) The City hereby enacts a third permissive motor vehicle license tax in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) as permitted by Ohio R.C. 4504.172, to take effect on January 1, 2009.
(b) The City hereby enacts a permissive motor vehicle license tax in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) as permitted by Ohio R.C. 4504.17, to take effect on January 1, 2008.

(c) All revenue derived from the implementation of the taxes enacted by this section shall be utilized for street repairs, paving and street maintenance within the City.
