434.09 SPEED CONTESTS AND RACING.

(a) No person shall operate or cause to be operated any motor vehicle in any contest of speed or race upon any real estate, whether publicly or privately owned, within the corporate limits of the City.

(1969 Code Sec. 71.55)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 408.01.
