412.05 REPAIRING MOTOR VEHICLES IN STREET.

(a) No person shall undertake mechanical repairs on a motor vehicle, other than emergency repairs necessary to restore a disabled vehicle to an operable condition, upon a public street of the City.

(b) No person shall lubricate or change crankcase oil or other similar lubricants upon the public streets of the City.
