The form of the Agreement between the County and the Cities set forth in original Ordinance 95-24, passed April 17, 1995, is hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this chapter, and the Director of Public Safety and the Mayor of the City are authorized and directed to execute such Agreement on behalf of the City, together with such changes therein determined to be necessary and appropriate, as approved by the Mayor, with their execution being conclusive evidence of such approval.
