282.06 APPROPRIATION AUTHORITY; CONFLICT OF LAWS.
   The Litter Control Board shall have no appropriation authority.
   If any conflict arises with respect to the provisions of this chapter and any other ordinance or State statute, the provision of such other ordinance or State statute shall prevail.
