279.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5709.85(A)(1), there is hereby established a Tax Incentive Review Council, whose members shall be appointed pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5709.35(A)(1) and whose duties shall include those prescribed in Ohio R.C. 5709.85.
