The Citizens' Advisory Council on Recreation shall meet with the Parks and Recreation Committee of Council at every regularly scheduled meeting of such Committee and at such other times upon the call of the Chairman of the Advisory Council. The Advisory Council shall be responsible for formulating idea and suggestions for the improvement of the Parks and Recreation Program of the City and shall assist in all parks and recreation projects as may be conveniently possible. The Advisory Council shall be directly responsible to the Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Committee of Council.
