The Superintendent of Parks/Building Maintenance shall administer the Division of Parks and Recreation/Building Maintenance and shall be directly responsible to the Director of Public Service. In addition to those duties directly or indirectly assigned to the Superintendent, he shall be an ex-officio member of the Parks and Recreation Committee of Council and shall advise such Committee and the Citizens' Advisory Council on. Recreation on matters pertaining to the City's Parks and Recreation Program, at their request.
