Subject to the appropriation of funds by Council, the Division of Parks and Recreation/Building Maintenance shall perform such duties and assignments as are necessary to discharge those responsibilities and requirements imposed upon the Division by Ohio R.C. Chapter 755 and other appropriate statutes and ordinances of the State and the City, respectively.
