The Seventh Ward shall contain that territory bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of North 11th Street and the center line of West Shields Street; thence in a westerly direction along West Shields Street to its intersection with the center line of Sherwood Drive East; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Sherwood Drive East and then the extension of the center line to its intersection with the center line of Moull Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Moull Street to its intersection with the center line of Woods Avenue; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Woods Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Jefferson Road; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Jefferson Road to its intersection with the center line of Mt. Vernon Road (State Route 13); thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Mt. Vernon Road (State Route 13) to its intersection with the center line of West Stevens Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of West Stevens Street to its intersection with the center line of East Stevens Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of East Stevens Street to its intersection with the CSX Railroad; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of the CSX Railroad to its intersection with the center line of Cherry Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Cherry Street to its intersection with Hollander Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Hollander Street to its intersection with Waterworks Road; thence in an easterly direction on Waterworks Road to the Corporation Line of the City of Newark; thence following in a southeasterly direction the Corporation Line of the City of Newark and then following the meanderings of the Corporation Line of the City of Newark to its intersection with the center line of North Cedar Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of North Cedar Street to its intersection with the center line of Clarendon Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Clarendon Street to its intersection with the center line of Rose Hill Avenue; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of Rose Hill Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Robbins Drive; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Robbins Drive to its intersection with the center line of Hunter Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of Hunter Street to its intersection with the center line of Everett Avenue; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Everett Avenue to its intersection with the center line of State Route 16; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of State Route 16 to its intersection with the center line of North 4th Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of North 4th Street to its intersection with the center line of West Church Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of West Church Street until its intersection with the center line of North 8th Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North 8th Street to its intersection with the center line of West Locust Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of West Locust Street to its intersection with the center line of North 7th Street, thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North 7th Street to its intersection with the center line of Granville Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Granville Street to its intersection with the center line of State Route 16; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of State Route 16 to its intersection with North 11th Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North 11th Street to the place of beginning.
