206.05 FOURTH WARD.
   The Fourth Ward shall contain that territory bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center of the CSX Railroad and South 30th Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North 30th Street and continuing along the extension of the center line of North 30th Street to its intersection with the center line of State Route 16; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of State Route 16 to its intersection the center line of West Church Street; thence in a northwesterly direction along the center line of West Church Street and continuing along the center line of Country Club Drive to its intersection with the center line of Granville Road; thence in a northeasterly direction along the center line of Granville Road to its intersection with the center line of North 21st Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North 21st Street to its intersection the center line of Catalina Drive; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Catalina Drive to its intersection with the center line of Kennedy Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of Kennedy Street to its intersection with the center line of Alford Drive; thence in an easterly and northerly direction along the center line of Alford Drive to its intersection with the center line of King Avenue; thence in an easterly and southerly direction along the center of King Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Jefferson Road; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Jefferson Road to its intersection with the center line of Mike's Lane; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Mike's Lane to its intersection with the center line of Rugg Avenue; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Rugg Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Woods Avenue; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of Woods Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Moull Street; thence in an westerly direction along the center line of Moull Street to its intersection with the extension of the center line of Sherwood Drive East; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of Sherwood Drive East to its intersection with the center line of West Shields Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of West Shields Street to its intersection with the center line of North 11th Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of North 11th Street to its intersection with the center line of State Route 16; thence in northeasterly direction along the center line of State Route 16 to its intersection with the center line of Granville Street; thence in southeasterly direction along the center line of Granville Street to its intersection with the center line of North 7th Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of 7th Street to its intersection with the center line of West Locust Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of West Locust Street its intersection with the center line of North 8th Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of North 8th Street to its intersection with the center line of West Church Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of West Church Street to its intersection with the center line of State Route 79 South Leg; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of State Route 79 South Leg to its intersection with the center line of West Main Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of West Main Street to its intersection with the center line of South 23rd Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of South 23rd Street to its intersection with the center line of Buckeye Avenue; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Buckeye Avenue to its intersection with the center line of South 21st Street; thence in a southerly direction along the center line of South 21st Street to its intersection with the center of the CSX Railroad; thence in a westerly direction along the center of the CSX Railroad to the place of beginning.
