The Third Ward shall contain that territory bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of South 30th Street and the center of the CSX Railroad; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North 30th Street and continuing along the extension of the center line of North 30th Street to its intersection with the center line of State Route 16; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of State Route 16 to its intersection with the west Corporation Line of the City of Newark; thence in a westerly and southerly and easterly direction following the meanderings of the Corporation Line of the City of Newark to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Railroad; thence in a northerly and easterly direction along the center line of the CSX Railroad to the place of beginning.
