The First Ward shall contain that territory bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of the Everett Avenue bridge over the North Fork of the Licking River, with the center line of the North Fork of the Licking River; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Everett Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Hunter Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Hunter Street to the intersection with the center line of Robbins Drive; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Robbins Drive to the intersection with the center line of Rose Hill Avenue; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Rose Hill to the intersection with the center line of Clarendon Street; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of Clarendon Street to the intersection with the center line of North Cedar Street (State Route 79 North); thence in a northerly direction along the center line of North Cedar Street (State Route 79 North) to the North Corporation Line of the City of Newark, said North Corporation Line also being the north line of the Collingwood Addition; thence in an easterly direction following the meanderings of the Corporation Line of the City of Newark to its intersection with the center line of State Route 16; thence continuing in an easterly direction along the center line of State Route 16 and the City of Newark Corporation Line to the easterly Corporation Line of the City of Newark; then continuing to follow the meanderings of the Corporation Line of the City of Newark in a southerly and westerly direction to its intersection with the center line of Summit Street; thence in a westerly direction along the center line of Summit Street to its intersection with the center line of South Second Street; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of South Second Street to its intersection with the center line of the CSX Railroad; thence in an easterly direction along the center line of the CSX Railroad to its intersection with the center line of the North Fork of the Licking River; thence in a northerly direction along the center line of the North Fork of the Licking River to the place of beginning.
