(a) Upon request of a member of the general public, the Clerk of Council shall provide a photostatic copy of the complete text of any ordinance, resolution, proclamation or other action of Council to such person so requesting and shall charge the reasonable fee of five cents ($0.05) per page for each photostatic copy supplied.
(b) Upon request of a member of the general public, the Clerk of Council shall provide a digital audio copy of the recordings of any Council or Council Committee proceeding to such person so requesting and shall charge the reasonable fee of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per digital audio copy supplied.
