9.06. Department of Community Development.

There may be a Director of Community Development who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Community Development Director shall be responsible for the direction and supervision of the work of the Department of Community Development, with such additional powers, duties and functions as shall be provided by ordinance or resolution.
