§ 133.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 133.02 shall, upon conviction, thereof be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 133.03 shall, upon conviction, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (D)   Any person refusing to comply with the provisions of § 133.04 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.

   (E)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 133.05 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $250, nor more than $750.
