§ 133.04 ACTS CONSTITUTING VAGRANCY.
    All vagrants and vagabonds who remain within the city limits for 12 hours or more, or who go about begging, or are found in the nighttime in any vacant building, outhouse, mill, shed, barn, courthouse, or on any public grounds, or prowling around any bank, mill, public ground or house, depot, or private house, shall be arrested upon complaint being made, or in view of any peace officer or night watchman, without complaint having been made, and upon conviction, shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
