No person shall spit, throw banana peelings, nut hulls, or any other waste matter upon the sidewalks, entryways to any building, or any waiting room of any depot within the city limits, nor spit on the floor of any store, hall, justice of the peace office, church, barbershop, or other place or building frequented by the public.
