§ 92.072 CONTROL OF OPEN BURNING.
   No person shall cause, suffer, allow, or permit open burning of refuse, any waste, rubbish, garbage, trash, wood, cardboard, papers, or other combustible materials within the corporate limits of the city, except as may be allowed in §§ 92.073 and 92.074.
