§ 91.042 REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTION; TIME SPECIFIED; EXTENSION.

Every permission granted by the Mayor, or contemplated in §§ 91.040 through 91.043 and 91.052 through 91.056, shall specify the time to be occupied in such removal, which time shall in no case be longer than is absolutely required therefor, but such time may be extended for good and sufficient cause.
