§ 91.056 BUILDING; REMOVAL NOTICE; NONCOMPLIANCE.
   The owner of any building now standing, or which may hereafter be erected or placed upon any street, alley or public ground in the city, shall remove the same within 60 days after he or she has been requested to do so by a notice in writing signed by the Chief of Police under a penalty as set forth in § 91.040, additional for every 30 days the same remains after notice.
