(A) School speed limits are posted with (S4-I100) school speed limit 20 mph signs as follows:
On Broadway from Doelling Memorial to Belleville (one northbound and one southbound sign) |
On Chester from Mill to Kaskaskia (one eastbound sign and one westbound sign) |
On Grand from Walnut to Elm (one northbound and one southbound sign) |
On Elm from Troutt to Grand (one eastbound sign and one westbound sign) |
On Walnut from Grand to Troutt (one eastbound sign and one westbound sign) |
On Washington from Doelling Memorial to Belleville (one northbound and one southbound sign) |

(B) Any motor vehicle operator violating the provisions of this schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
