SCHEDULE VII. TURNING MOVEMENTS.

(A) It is unlawful for any person traveling north on South Kaskaskia Street to make a left turn in an automobile or other vehicle off South Kaskaskia Street onto St. Louis Street (Illinois Route 15).

(B) Any person who violates the provisions of division (A) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable under § 10.99.
