10.40.090 Hearing officer.
   All hearings under this chapter shall be held before a hearing officer. The city manager, or his or her designee, shall be the hearing officer of the city. (Ord. 105 § 2 (part), 1993: Ord. 3 § 1 (part), 1991: prior code § 6.06.100)
