6.12.130: PRESUMPTION OF OWNERSHIP:
The fact that a person has fed, watered, sheltered or otherwise cared for an animal for a period of forty eight (48) hours or more shall create a rebuttable presumption that the person is the owner of that animal for purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 04-39 § 2)
