5.36.050: TEMPORARY LICENSE; ISSUANCE; TERM:

Upon the filing of the inventory and affidavit referred to in section 5.36.040 of this chapter, the City License Administrator shall issue a temporary license to conduct a fire and damaged goods sale which shall be effective for a thirty (30) day period following its issuance. (Ord. 17-18)
