5.36.040: TEMPORARY LICENSE; APPLICATION:
Any person intending to sell fire and damaged goods shall file an application for a temporary license with the City License Administrator which shall contain the following information:
   A.   A complete inventory of all goods, wares and merchandise as it existed at the place of business immediately after the occurrence or incident causing damage.
   B.   The items of such inventory that will be the subject of the sale.
   C.   An affidavit of the correctness of the inventory and the cause of the damage. (Ord. 17-18)
