A. New business licenses, and associated regulatory license fees, unless otherwise provided under this title, are due and payable at the time of application for the license and before the business conducts any business activity in the City.
B. For business license renewals, the license and regulatory fees are due no later than the existing license expiration date. The City License Administrator may accept payment of the fees in advance of the due date. (Ord. 17-18)
