3.04.130: PENALTY FOR PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION FOR INCOME ASSISTANCE FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS:

Any person who intentionally provides false asset or income information to the City shall be disqualified from consideration for assistance under this chapter and may be subject to criminal prosecution as provided by law. (Ord. 17-17)
