A permit to operate an Adult Oriented Business may be suspended until the violation causing the suspension has been corrected, if a permittee or an employee of a permittee:
(A) Violates or is not in compliance with this chapter, the city's zoning code or the provisions of Ch. 132;
(B) Works at the Adult Oriented Business while under the influence of alcohol;
(C) Refuses to allow an inspection of the Adult Oriented Business in accordance with this chapter;
(D) Fails to correct a violation of a building, fire, health, or zoning code within seven (7) days of notification of such violation;
(E) Transfers the Adult Oriented Business permit to another in violation of this chapter; or
(F) Knowingly employs a person without a valid license as required in § 117.35 of this chapter.
