§ 31.10 APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The City Treasurer shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall hold office until a successor is appointed.
   (B)   No person shall be eligible to the office of City Treasurer unless at the time of appointment said person is at least 21 years of age and shall take oath as prescribed by statute.
