(A) All enforcement of § 92.01 shall be governed under KRS 227.370, KRS 227.380, KRS 227.390, and KRS 227.400 or any other and shall be subject to any relief deemed appropriate by a court of competent jurisdiction.
(B) Any person who violates any portion of this chapter shall be assessed a fine in accordance with Table 92.99.
