§ 73.05 WRITTEN CONSENT FOR OPERATION ON REA L PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any dune buggy, go-cart, all-terrain vehicle, motorbike, motor scooter, trail bike, motorcycle, snowmobile, or other similar vehicle within the city, on the real property of another person, firm, or corporation without the written consent of the owner or lessee of the real property.
