§ 73.04 PERMITTING ANOTHER TO OPERATE VEHIC LE UNLAWFULLY.

It shall be unlawful for any real property owner or real property lessee to knowingly permit any person to operate any dune buggy, go-cart, all-terrain vehicle, motorbike, motorcycle, trail bike, motor scooter, snowmobile, or other similar vehicle on his real property or real property under his control in violation of the terms of this chapter.
