1399.02 VERMIN AND RAT CONTROL VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 1307.02(d), Section 1307.03, or Section 1307.06 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 1307.05, Section 1307.07, Section 1307.08, or Section 1307.09 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
