1171.03 CONDITIONAL USES TO BE SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC CRITERIA.

   Conditional uses specified under Section 1171.02 are subject to the following specific criteria as established under Section 1155.25(a) to (x) as applicable and as indicated below, and as further regulated under Section 1155.26 as applicable.

   (a)   Churches and other places of worship, see specific criteria Section 1155.25(j), (l).

   (b)   Cemeteries, see specific criteria Section 1155.25 (c), (d), (j), (l).

   (c)   Mineral extraction, see specific criteria Section 1155.25 (b), (c), (d), (e), (g), (i), (l), (m), (n), (o), (q), (r), (s), (t), (u), (v), (w) and (x).

   (d)   Sanitary land fills and recycling of solid waste, see specific criteria Section 1155.25(b), (c), (d), (e), (g), (i), (j), (l), (m), (n), (o), (q), (t), (u), (x).

   (e)   Municipal sewage disposal, see specific criteria Section 1155.25(a), (b), (d), (e), (f), (i), (j), (l), (m), (o), (u).
