Solid wastes shall be deposited at a processing facility or disposal area approved by the county and complying with all requirements of KRS 224.830, 224.835, 224.855, and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder. The county may designate the processing or disposal facility to be utilized by persons operating under §§ 53.060 through 53.065. Waste may also be deposited at a county approved transfer station which hauls to a permitted facility as described in the section.
