§ 50.038  CITY-MADE CONNECTION.
   (A)   The owner of a water distribution system and/or any water main extension that has received a permit from the city for the connection to the city's municipal water system, as set forth in § 50.036 above, shall pay a connection charge to the city's municipal water system of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) for a three-fourth (3/4) inch water meter set by the city in accordance with § 50.055 of this chapter plus all additional labor and material costs required for borings of any type, rock removal, and the removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete or materials other than earth encountered in the installation of the water meter.
   (B)   All customers requiring a larger water meter shall pay the connection charge for a three-fourths (3/4) inch water meter, as set forth above, plus the additional material costs incurred by the city for the larger water meter and materials used for the installation.
