(A) The owner of a water distribution system, including any applicant agreeing to install at their expense a main extension to the city's municipal water system, shall make written application for a permit to connect to the city's municipal water system as set forth in the city's Ordinance No. 2-93.
(B) The permit application shall be accompanied by an inspection fee of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) plus all reasonable costs incurred by the city to provide the permit and to perform the inspection(s).
(C) In addition, the water distribution system and any water main extension shall be connected to the city's municipal water system according to one of the methods set forth below.
