(A) The payment of a connection charge by a property owner entitles the owner of such property to have the water line brought to a point in the edge of their property or easement.
(B) Each customer must bear the cost of running their water line from the building located on their premises to the point at their property line or easement or such other point as such water line has been brought by the city to serve their premises.
(C) Each property owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the construction of a water line from the respective premises to the point or points where the city has brought such water line or lines, and all water connections shall be made under the supervision of the Superintendent of the city's Water Department (hereinafter referred to as Superintendent).
