15.302: SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   For proposed subdivisions totaling five (5) or more acres, the applicant must submit a preliminary plat of subdivision as discussed in section 15.303 of this article. Following review and approval of the preliminary plat of subdivision, a final plat of subdivision, as discussed in section 15.304 of this article, must be submitted.
   B.   Subdivisions smaller than five (5) acres need only submit a final plat of subdivision as discussed in section 15.304 of this article.
   C.   All public improvements and improvements for public use within a subdivision shall be completed within two (2) years of the beginning of construction or when seventy five percent (75%) of the lots in the subdivision are completed, whichever occurs first unless otherwise provided for in this chapter. The village shall not accept and maintain any public street until it is fully completed to village standards. (Ord. 5253, 5-21-2002)
