§ 155.204 SPECIAL USES.

   The following uses may be permitted as special uses in this district by special use permit in accordance with § 155.405 through 155.410, to-wit:

   (A)   Any permitted use in the “B-1” or “B-2” District except living uses (See §§ 155.173 and 155.188);

   (B)   Assembly, manufacturing, processing, warehousing or wholesaling involving explosives, flammable gases, or liquids, or live animals;

   (C)   Junk yards (see § 155.235); and

   (D)   Research and development facilities involving explosives, or flammable liquids or gases.
