§ 155.173 PERMITTED USES.

   Provided all the use restrictions of this district (see § 155.171) are observed, the following uses are permitted:

   (A)   Auditoriums, meeting rooms and other places of assembly;

   (B)   Bed and breakfast;

   (C)   Boarding house;

   (D)   Clubs and lodges;

   (E)   Commercial establishments, except those listed in § 155.174;

   (F)   Community residence, small;

   (G)   Dwelling units, if located above first story;

   (H)   Government uses of this municipality;

   (I)   Libraries, museums;

   (J)   Offices;

   (K)   Service establishments, except those listed in § 155.174; and

   (L)   Accessory uses in accordance with § 155.050.
