§ 155.188 PERMITTED USES.

   Provided all the use restrictions of this district (see § 155.186) are observed, the following uses are permitted:

   (A)   Any use permitted in the “B-1” District;

   (B)   Churches and other places of formal worship:

   (C)   Clubs and lodges;

   (D)   Commercial establishments, any type, including drive-in facilities; such uses as the following are especially appropriate in this district:

      (1)   Bowling alleys;

      (2)   Furniture and appliance sales;

      (3)   Greenhouses;

      (4)   Lumber and building supplies sales;

      (5)   Miniature golf courses;

      (6)   Manufactured home and recreational vehicles sales; and

      (7)   Motor vehicles sales.

   (E)   Government uses of this municipality;

   (F)   Offices;

   (G)   Service establishments, any type, including drive-in facilities; such uses as the following are especially appropriate in this district:

      (1)   Animal hospitals;

      (2)   Banks and other financial institutions;

      (3)   Motels;

      (4)   Motor vehicles services;

      (5)   Restaurants; and

      (6)   Service stations (see § 155.233).

   (H)   Accessory uses in accordance with § 155.050.
