§ 155.174 SPECIAL USES.

   Provided all the use restrictions of this district (see § 155.171) are observed, the following uses, may be allowed by special use permit:

   (A)   Any use that involves commercial, service or storage activities conducted outside completely enclosed buildings;

   (B)   Any use, such as drive-in restaurants, drive-in banks, service stations and the like that offers goods or services directly to customers waiting in parked vehicles, or that sells food or beverages for consumption on the premises in parked motor vehicles;

   (C)   Churches and other places of formal worship;

   (D)   Community residence, large;

   (E)   Dwelling units

   (F)   Governmental uses other than those of this municipality;

   (G)   Medical/dental clinics;

   (H)   Nursing homes;

   (I)   Quick stops; and

   (J)   Utility substations.
