(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.06 inclusive shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than $50. Each day that a condition which violates any of the foregoing sections exists is a separate violation. ('74 Code, § 92.99) (Am. Ord. 91-935, passed 10-2-90)
(B) Whoever violates § 50.07 shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99. (C) In addition to any law enforcement/police officer of the city, a representative of the Mt. Healthy Property Maintenance Department is authorized to issue a citation for violations of the provisions of §§ 50.01 to 50.06.
