§ 50.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ASHES. The residue of combustion of such fuels as wood, coal, coke, charcoal, and the like.
   COMMERCIAL WASTE. All waste, combustible and noncombustible, arising out of the operations of business and industry and all other waste not resulting from the ordinary operations of private residences or households.
   GARBAGE. All putrescible wastes, including vegetable and animal offal, carcasses of dead animals, discarded construction materials, bags and boxes of household refuse, discarded household appliances, discarded machine and vehicle parts and yard wastes. Yard wastes and other discarded vegetable matter which is being composted in a sanitary manner for the purpose of conservation and soil enrichment shall not be considered to be garbage within the meaning of this chapter.
